INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all access to and purchases from puffpartner.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by SEPAV TRADING – FZCO, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park (DDP), Dubai Silicon Oasis, UAE. Trade License No.: DSO-IFZA-63340. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SEPAV TRADING – FZCO; “you” and “your” refer to the purchaser or Site user.
By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any terms deviating from these Terms must be agreed in a signed writing.
1) ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION
You must be at least 18 years old (or older if your local law requires a higher age) to buy from the Site. We may use age verification checks. We do not sell to or ship to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing and using e-cigarette products is legal in your country/region.
2) PRODUCTS & HEALTH WARNING
Our Site markets disposable e-cigarettes and related products for adult consumers only. Nicotine is an addictive substance. Products are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or people with certain health conditions. Always read and follow the product instructions and safety guidance supplied by the manufacturer.
3) ORDERING & CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing items in your cart or receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation. We may reject or cancel orders (e.g., for suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, out-of-stock, or pricing errors). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you the amount paid for the cancelled items.
4) PRICING & CURRENCY
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all prices are listed in EUR. Prices may change at any time before you place your order. Displayed prices may exclude or include VAT/excise depending on destination and carrier solution; any applicable taxes, duties or fees will be shown at checkout where possible or otherwise are payable by you as the importer of record.
5) PAYMENT
We accept Visa and Mastercard. No card surcharge is applied by us. Payments are processed securely via our payment service provider. By submitting a card, you confirm you are authorized to use it and that the payment information is correct. We may refuse transactions for security reasons.
6) RETENTION OF TITLE
Title to goods remains with SEPAV TRADING – FZCO until full and cleared payment is received. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address you specify (see Section 7).
7) SHIPPING, RESTRICTIONS & RISK
7.1 Origin & delivery area. We primarily ship to destinations in the EU/EEA. We do not ship to the UAE. Orders may be fulfilled from our EU logistics partners to optimize delivery times and compliance.
7.2 Delivery address & risk. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery or first attempted delivery as recorded by the carrier.
7.3 Shipping costs. Shipping costs follow our carrier pricing and are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.
7.4 Delivery times. Typical delivery time within the EU is 3–6 business days, but this is an estimate only and not guaranteed. Customs checks, peak seasons, carrier delays or address issues may extend delivery times.
7.5 Shipping restrictions. We may refuse shipment to locations where e-cigarette products are prohibited or restricted, or where age-verification cannot be satisfied.
8) INSPECTION & CLAIMS
Upon delivery, please inspect your parcel. If items are damaged, defective, or quantities differ from the packing slip, email support@puffpartner.com within 14 days of delivery with photos, order number, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved. We may require the product to be returned for assessment before issuing a remedy.
9) RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY (NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
To protect product integrity and for hygiene/safety reasons, we do not offer a general right of withdrawal/return. This means no returns and no refunds for change-of-mind or opened items. Where required by applicable law, unopened items may qualify for withdrawal if sealed hygiene protections remain intact.
If a product is defective or arrives damaged, we will, at our discretion and at no extra cost to you, provide a replacement for the affected item(s). In some cases we may offer a refund instead of a replacement. We do not provide return shipping labels unless we specifically request the item(s) back for inspection.
To start a defect/damage claim, contact support@puffpartner.com within 14 days of delivery as described in Section 8.
10) PRODUCT INFORMATION & USE
You are responsible for choosing products suitable for your needs and for using them strictly according to the manufacturer’s instructions, local regulations, and age restrictions. Do not modify or tamper with products. For any uncertainty about ingredients, nicotine content, or compatibility, contact us before purchase.
11) TAXES, CUSTOMS & COMPLIANCE
You are the importer of record (unless stated otherwise at checkout) and are responsible for complying with local laws in the delivery country, including age, labeling, nicotine concentration limits, and any authorization required. Any import duties, VAT, excise or handling fees not collected at checkout are payable by you to the relevant authorities or carrier. We do not reimburse such charges.
12) PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Data controller: SEPAV TRADING – FZCO. To fulfill orders, we collect: name, company (if applicable), billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email, order details, and (for businesses) VAT number. We process this data to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax/record-keeping), prevent fraud, and — where permitted — to send service communications.
We store personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet statutory retention periods (typically up to five years, or longer where required by law). We share data with logistics partners, payment processors, and IT providers strictly as needed to provide our services. For EU/EEA residents: when personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
13) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site (trademarks, text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
14) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from misuse or unlawful use of products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15) GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone, UAE, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts/authorities in Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
16) CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the Site with an updated “last updated” date. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms are posted.
